We like to keep things personal and straightforward. When you get in touch, we’ll arrange a quick chat to learn more about your business and answer any questions you may have. If we’re all happy with the costs and ways of working, we’ll set you up on our system and work together on your first order.

At this stage we’ll also agree on payment terms, discuss marketing support, and share product imagery that you can use, along with tips to help you introduce Scrummy Cream to your customers. From there, it’s simply a case of placing your first order and stocking a product your customers will love.

What is the minimum wholesale order?

We keep our wholesale minimums small and manageable, especially for independents. Your first order starts at just 5 units, across 2 different sizes. That way, you can introduce Scrummy Cream to your customers without committing to a large upfront order.

Once you’re set up as a stockist, we’ll guide you through your options for reordering and help you find the right mix of products for your store.

Do you supply starter packs?

Yes! With your first order, we can provide a starter pack to help you introduce Scrummy Cream in-store. This includes takeaway cards with product information and a small POS stand, so you can showcase Scrummy Cream on your shelves with ease.

Are your skincare products handmade in the UK?

Yes! Every jar of Scrummy Cream is handmade in small batches here in the UK by our family. All of our products are mixed, poured, and packaged by us in our home, not a factory.

Scrummy Cream began over 10 years ago when Gini, a reflexologist, created a natural cream to use in treatments with her clients.

Is Scrummy Cream vegan and cruelty-free?

Scrummy Cream isn't vegan because it contains beeswax, however it is 100% cruelty free!

Do you offer tester pots for in-store sampling?

Yes, we can provide tester pots so your customers can try Scrummy Cream before they buy. Having testers on your counter or treatment space helps people experience the texture, scent, and feel of the cream first-hand (no pun intended!) which often leads to more confident purchases.

We recommend placing tester pots near your POS stand or till point to spark conversation and encourage sampling. Many retailers find that once customers feel how soft and nourishing Scrummy Cream is, they’re much more likely to take a tin home.
